Express Letters (which are black and red in color) are best seen when placed in the lighter-colored strips such as white, yellow, orange, and silver, but they can also be seen well in blue and red strips. The darker-colored strips are designed for displaying our pre-printed ExpressGraphics bearing light-colored messages.
